We believe that while you don’t need someone else to practice yoga, maintaining a consistent routine is often easier and more enjoyable with a partner. That is why we would like to offer you a practice of Yoga For Couples.
Imagine connecting with your partner through exercise, sharing laughter, and incorporating physical touch into your routine. When you look into each other’s eyes, the bond strengthens, and excuses to skip practice become fewer.
We offer a unique opportunity to share moments with your partner, stepping away from the daily responsibilities of life. Join us to enrich your yoga practice, add some fun, massage and deepen your connection with your loved one.

PARTNER YOGA THE BASICS
Embark on a journey of connection and trust with our Partner Yoga Basics program. This course is designed for couples or friends who wish to explore yoga together, enhancing their coordination, balance, and communication. You’ll learn foundational poses and sequences that you can practice with a partner, helping each other to deepen stretches, improve alignment, and support one another’s yoga practice. This introductory course is ideal for those new to partner yoga, offering a unique way to bond while building physical and emotional intimacy through shared experiences.
SHIATSU THE BASICS
Discover the soothing world of Shiatsu massage with our introductory program. Designed for beginners, this course covers the fundamental techniques and philosophies behind Shiatsu, a traditional Japanese therapy that combines touch, pressure, and stretches to enhance health and wellbeing. Learn to connect deeply with the body's energy pathways, called meridians, and apply pressure using thumbs, palms, and elbows to stimulate natural healing and relaxation. This beginner-friendly course is perfect for those looking to understand the basics of this healing art and integrate it into their wellness routine.

PARTNER YOGA FLOWY
<p>In today’s session, we explore the Metal element, associated with the Lung (internal) and Large Intestine (external) meridians. We start with tapping exercises to activate these meridians, focusing on building immunity and releasing tension. Through various movements, including chest tapping, backstroke, goddess pose, and Malasana, we aim to open and release energy along the front and back of the body.
