Who We Are?
Become just one breath in motion
No matter what has happened throughout the day, when the time for practice comes, we share the same yoga mat or the same space. We connect with each other, we communicate, we are two bodies, two souls, two heart reunited in one practice, one moment, one exercise.
Together, we align ourselves to achieve the posture and feel the sensations in our bodies. “Become just one breath in motion” is about moving at the same pace, waiting for each other, and moving in symbiosis, connecting as if we were meeting for the first time. It’s an invitation to merge our energies, to find harmony in movement, and to create a deep bond with our practice partners. By embodying this mantra, we rise together into a state of calm, presence, and unity, where each breath becomes a dance and each movement a moving meditation.
