How Do I Access My Dashboard to Use the Online Platform?

To access your dashboard and enjoy the online platform, simply follow these steps:
Log In: Visit our website and click on the “Log In” button located at the top right corner.
Enter Credentials: Use the username and password you created during the sign-up process.
Access Dashboard: Once logged in, navigate to the “My Dashboard” section, where you can access all the features of your online membership.
Explore: From your dashboard, you can easily access wellness activities, yoga sessions, and other resources designed to help you connect and have fun with your partner.
You can also access it from the VIDEO button in the Menu

Are There Prerequisites or Language Requirements?

All our videos are currently in English, but Spanish and French voice-overs will be available soon. The partner yoga, stretching, and massage practices are easy to follow visually, so language is not a barrier for these activities. However, the meditation sessions might be more challenging if you do not speak English. No specific prerequisites are required to join; just a willingness to connect and have fun with your partner!
