🎒 What to bring
To make the most of this retreat, please bring:
✔️ Comfortable clothing for movement and relaxation
✔️ Layers & weather-appropriate clothing for forest bathing
✔️ A bottle of water, sunscreen, and a hat
✔️ Towel and swimwear for the river dip (a surfing poncho towel is recommended for warmth before face yoga)
✔️ Rain gear if needed

📌 Location: 1004 Plymouth Road, Koru
This beautiful private property offers a stunning forest and a crystal-clear river, creating the perfect setting for our retreat.
🛑 Important Note: From 9:00 AM to 11:15 AM, we will be outdoors with no toilet facilities or sheltered places to change. After the river dip, face yoga will be held outside, allowing you to connect with nature while rejuvenating your face.
The partner massage session will take place indoors, where you’ll have 30 minutes to change and freshen up before starting.
⏳ Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in and fully enjoy the experience.

After a refreshing cool river dip, face yoga is the perfect way to enhance your experience. This revitalizing practice involves massaging the face with nourishing oils and gentle exercises to tone and uplift the muscles, leaving you feeling truly refreshed and radiant.

Guided Partner Massage
(ZenThai Shiatsu Explore the power of physical touch through a guided session that strengthens communication and fosters deeper connection. Learn the art of giving and receiving massage, creating new ways to nurture and care for each other.

We’ll finish the retreat with a sharing circle for those who’d like to stay and connect over a warm cup of tea or coffee. It’s a peaceful opportunity to reflect on the experience and share thoughts with others in a relaxed, supportive environment.
ABOUT THE TEACHERS

Anaïs
Anaïs is a Yoga teacher and Coach in Ayurveda and Nutrition, she’s passionate about life, nature, the universe, food, and inner power. Specialising in restorative wellness, she also works in vineyards, using her body as a tool all day, which has taught her to manage and care for it amidst potential pains.

Clara
Clara is a certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide, through the Association of Nature & Forest Therapy. She is also a Kundalini Yoga and Meditation teacher and Cacao facilitator. Her vision is to help people to reconnect with the nature that is both within and around us.

José
Jose has trained extensively to become a personal trainer. Initially, his introduction to yoga was solely scientific in nature. However, over the past six years, he has delved deeply into the spiritual aspects of yoga, expanding beyond its physical benefits.
