Welcome everyone to our brand-new blog dedicated to well-being.

The idea for this blog came to us last year when we were giving workshops and leading massage/Yoga sessions with individuals/friends. Our goal is to share the power of touch, through activities that we can share with someone else. Such as Partner yoga, Acro-Yoga and Thai Massage.

In our everyday lives, it is difficult to find the quiet space that we need, when we are overwhelmed by daily stimulations.

We prioritize “our” responsibilities over our personal well-being.

The idea behind Acro-Wine:

  • In the field: we create a safe space, to have fun and allow reconnection with our inner child. The “wellness” sessions are between family or friends and are followed by sharing a wine tasting.
  • On the Internet: we create an atmosphere for support and discussion, to create the healthy habits that we all need! With love and kindness, knowledge and humility.

Our duo is made up of:

  • JosĂ©: Personal trainer, Yoga & Acro Yoga teacher and very good Masseur.
  • by AnaĂŻs: Wine geek, Yoga & Meditation teacher and Reiki facilitator.

As a duo we spend a lot of our time on a yoga mat. Creating space and taking the time to reconnect to ones selves and to each other is vital. One way we do this is through the power of touch and movement which, allow us to get to know each other, through each other. This is the concept that we bring to all our wellbeing sessions.

So that you can dive into our universe, and that we can get to know a bit about you. We have started this blog with the challenge of creating a stretching habit that will follow you in your daily life.

Have you already tried establishing routines but they didn’t work for you? Yes, well then this challenge is made for you.

We want to support the creation of LONG TERM habits. There is no MAGICAL or FAST effect. We want to support you to develop solid health habits that last for the rest of your life!

SEPTEMBER CHALLENGE: CREATE A STRETCHING HABIT

We will publish two articles per week for a month.

  • A downloadable PDF per week of the challenge,
  • Simple exercises easy to do in 5 minutes,
  • Theory and practical tips to create new healthy habits,
