In today’s session, we explore the Metal element, associated with the Lung (internal) and Large Intestine (external) meridians. We start with tapping exercises to activate these meridians, focusing on building immunity and releasing tension. Through various movements, including chest tapping, backstroke, goddess pose, and Malasana, we aim to open and release energy along the front and back of the body. The session culminates with a relaxing double Savasana, allowing the body to fully integrate the energy shift.
